2nd Grade Teacher
Taisha Kaspar was born and raised in the small, rural town of Byesville, Ohio. She dated her husband, Lucas, throughout high school and was married the summer before her senior year of college. Taisha graduated from Muskingum University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Special Education. After graduation, Taisha moved to Alabama while her husband worked towards his Master’s degree. She was a middle school special education teacher for Tuscaloosa City Schools for two years. Taisha and her family moved back home to Ohio where she taught eight years at both the middle school and elementary levels as an intervention specialist for River View Local Schools. Taisha’s family moved to Lawton in July 2020 when her husband received a position as Assistant Professor of Music for Cameron University. Taisha has three children: Isaiah, Laina, and Mikah, who attend Lawton Academy. She enjoys being a mother, spending time with her family, reading, and being involved in her church.
