Hunter Borden is a talented young performer. As a 7th grader, Hunter played King Triton in our production of \u201cThe Little Mermaid.\u201d At the end of the school year, Hunter auditioned for the Lawton Community Theater\u2019s summer production, hoping to receive a small part or get cast in the ensemble. After auditions, Hunter received a call that they would like him to play the lead character of Percy Jackson. Notably, Hunter beat out high school-aged boys from all over town for this role. The show ran for two weeks this summer. Hunter played alongside LAAS sophomore, Lov\u00e9 Mendoza, who did an amazing job as Annabeth. Hunter also attended the Next Generation Performing Arts Camp at the end of July and played Rusty Charlie in their production of, \u201cGuys and Dolls.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
