Bianca Damian

Kindergarten Teacher

Bianca Damian was born and raised in Romania, Eastern Europe, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in English and Italian Literature, a Bachelor’s degree in Management, and a Master’s degree in Management.

Before moving to the United States in 2015, Mrs. Damian worked as a Banking Operations Manager and later pursued her passion for education by teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to students in 1st, 3rd, and 6th grades while also providing private tutoring.

Mrs. Damian is passionate about teaching kindergarten and understands firsthand the challenges and rewards of learning multiple languages. She brings this unique perspective into her classroom, creating lessons that are engaging, practical, and accessible for all learners.

Outside of school, Mrs. Damian enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, playing board games, traveling, and watching movies. She is excited to inspire a love of learning and help her students grow both academically and personally, and honored to be a teacher at LAAS.
